The Haunted Mansion

Developed in concert with its Disneyland twin, the experience is very similar to its West Coast counterpart. The Walt Disney World building is larger, so there are a few additional scenes to this attraction

Although tame by today's standards, this attraction has stood the test of time. Despite being more tongue-in-cheek than true horror, it does operate in near darkness for much of the ride, so consider this when determining whom might enjoy the experience.

The ride uses an omnimover system to navigate throughout the attraction. This allows a consistent speed for the ride as well as the ability to rotate the guests as the story progresses. These cars have been affectionately renamed, Doombuggies.
