ESPN the Weekend is a sports lovers dream and it is all taking place at Disney’s Hollywood Studios this coming February 27 – March 1, 2009.
ESPN is the number one source for sporting news and they will be bringing their celebrities and some of your favorite athletes to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a series of live telecasts and tapings, motorcades through the park, a 5K race, the ESPN SportsZone, the Atlanta Braves playing at Disney’s Wide World of Sports and more.
Some of the athletes that are lined up to attend are: 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist Misty May-Treanor, All-Star NBA player Bill Laimbeer, Curt Schilling, four-time Super Bowl champ placekicker Adam Vinatierie, one of my favorites John Franco (GO METS!) as well as many more athletes and ESPN personalities.
