This has got to be the coolest way to trick out a monorail! To celebrate the new Cars Land, Disneyland has upgraded their monorail system with three new faces: Mandy (blue), Mona (orange) and Manny (red).

In addition to the faces, the new monorails will also have a corresponding personality when it comes to the onboard announcements as well. I think this is a great way to enhance the experience that falls inline with the guests expectations at the park. In my opinion, this is a far more creative engagement than the AvengersRail that Walt Disney World Resort has done here on the East Coasts.
I hope that these new characters make their way to Walt Disney World and liven up our monorail system as well. Until then, I guess this is just another reason for me to try to make it out West to the Disneyland Resort this summer.
