Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival continues to blossom this spring with lots of events happening this weekend. From the special events and the Great American Gardener Series to the Flower Power Concert Series there is a lot to keep you entertained this weekend at Epcot.
Celebrate Environmentality
The special events for this weekend include Green. Helping you find ways to reduce your home waste and highlighting ways to help keep the planet green. You can learn more at the Green and Lush Xeriscapes gardens throughout the weekend.
Great American Gardener Series
This event takes place at Garden Town, located at Future World East every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. This weekend’s guest will be Joe Lamp’l, also known as joe gardener. Joe is an author, national TV host and gardening expert. Be sure to drop by to hear the great things Joe has to say and get more than a few tips to green your thumb.
Flower Power Concert Series
The Ventures will take the stage at the American Gardens Theater this weekend as part of the Flower Power Concert Series. The Ventures are one of my favorite bands, a 2008 inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and certainly the pre-eminent surf band. It is great to welcome them back to Epcot
The shows will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday at: 5:15, 6:30 and 7:45 pm.
