Okay! Here it is. The first contest for us here at etckt.com to raise awareness of our site, the Walt Disney World Resort and generally have a bit of fun.

Details

I have a case of the Vinylmation Park Series 1 ready for the giveaway. All but two of the boxes are signed by one of the Vinylmation artists and all boxes are sealed, so it is a mystery to everyone what is in each box.

The case is divided into 4 rows with 6 columns for a total of 24 choices in the case. When selecting your box, choose from the below illustration (i.e. I want A4, or B6, etc.).

Rules

The rules are as follows:

  1. Follow us on twitter
  2. Tweet I am hoping to win a vinylmation park #1 collectible from @etckt and etckt.com and you can too. http://bit.ly/L24r6
  3. Leave a comment, below, on this post with your twitter name and the box you hope to win.
  4. I will choose one winner on Friday June 5, 2009 5:00 pm EST at random and select their box from the case to mail to them.
  5. I will announce the winner via twitter and in a post here on the site.

Once a winner is chosen, I will contact them via DM (direct message) on twitter to obtain their shipping address and get it in the mail as quickly as possible.

The contest is only open to residents of the United States and the Vinlymation character will only be shipped within the United states. All shipping charges are covered by etckt.com and there is no cost to enter. All decisions are final and there is no substitution or cash-value equivalent prize awarded.

We reserve to end this contest at any time without notice.

Wrapping it up

This is our first giveaway and we are hoping to avoid any bumps or mis-steps. This is all in good fun and really add a bit of whimsy to the day. We will learn from this giveaway and refine it in the next iteration to make it as smooth and enjoyable for everyone as possible.
