So, I have photographed this mountain many times, but had yet taken the chance to conquer it, and with it complete the North American conquest of the Disney Mountain Range. So today, within Disney’s Animal Kingdom, I boarded a mysterious train bound for Expedition Everest.

Legends abound about this mountain and the creature that stirs within. Like many, I was skeptical at first, until I boarded the train for a tour and heard the distant road as we ebbed ever closer to the beast. Until finally, we gazed upon him as he tore the tracks from their ties and sent us hurtling back down the mountain, to warn others not to tread this path again.
Wrapping it Up
The ride was awesome. The theming of the queue area is tremendous, but what really shines is the ride itself. It offers one of the best coaster experiences in all of Walt Disney World. I had not previously taken the time to ride the attraction and am sorry it has taken so long. With this ride, I have now conquered the entire Disney Range for all of North America – are you up to the challenge?
