Disney Store will celebrate the Grand Opening of its new store in the Westfield Culver City Mall on Nov. 14, 2009, at 10 a.m. with a very special appearance by Princess Tiana, from Disney’s upcoming holiday film The Princess and the Frog. Guests can meet and take photos with Disney’s newest princess, enjoy music provided by Radio Disney and browse Disney Store’s extensive product assortment inspired by the film. This will be one of the only opportunities to see Princess Tiana in person before the film’s Los Angeles/New York release on November 25 and nationwide opening on December 11.
To kick off the celebration, Disney Store will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and the first 100 kids in the store will receive free kid-sized Mickey Mouse ears (while supplies last). From 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., guests can meet the beautiful Princess Tiana and take photos with her in the mall’s center court.
Disney Store wanted to do something truly special to welcome the Culver City community, and having Princess Tiana in person to meet parents and their children will make this an amazing event.
