Disney’s spectacular product lines will come to life like never before in over 20,000 square feet of fun-filled interactive experiences and activities at the inaugural D23 EXPO, where the entire world of Disney will come together under one roof at the Anaheim Convention Center in California from Sept. 10-13.
One of the great things I took away from the Museum of Pin-tiquities event at Epcot recently, was the access they provided to some of the new products coming from the various business units at Disney. This past Friday, Disney’s Hollywood Studios celebrated their 20th anniversary. Although it was not a huge blowout celebration there were some great events and some celebratory merchandise. Disney pin collecting is a huge draw, so naturally there were quite a few pins for sale.
We know, today is a big day – celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Studios, but there are a host of other things happening too. Next month is the Museum of Pin-tiquities event at Epcot and there is some more information about the event.
Don’t forget, the next pin trading night is coming up this Friday April 17, 2009. The event will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in the Convention Center, Fantasia G Ballroom.
